Leslie Wizelman, CELA
Ms. Wizelman's principal area of practice is elder law and real estate transactions, including long term care and estate planning, and estate administration. She has been practicing law in Wyalusing since 1983. The principal of The Law Office of Leslie Wizelman, Ms. Wizelman is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Elder Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She received her B.A. from Dickinson College (summa cum laude, 1976) and her J.D. from Cornell Law School (cum laude, 1981). Ms. Wizelman served on the U.S. Congressional House Select Committee on Assassinations, 1977-1979, and is a member of Bradford County, Pennsylvania, New York State and American Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and Florida. Ms. Wizelman is a frequent lecturer to healthcare professionals, retirement groups, and other professional organizations on the rights of the elderly, long term care planning, living wills and trusts, and estate planning. Leslie has been past president of the Greater Wyalusing Chamber of Commerce as well as a charter member, serves on the Executive Committee for the Bradford County Bar Association, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
